Got feedback from other schools. In my last post I talked about getting feedback. I should probably clarify: I enjoy feedback when it's legit, clear, and kind and he's generally pretty good at suggesting things that need to change or could be better. I appreciate that. There is one key factor that is key that is sometimes lacking. Positive feedback before the criticism. Just a thought.
